Merchandise Management
I understand that selling merch at shows is very important for any band or company as for many, this can be one of your main sources of income and keeps everything running.
Having someone you trust and can rely on to manage your merch can help boost sales and it’s one less thing for you to worry about.
I will handle all merch related things, track inventory, be communicative, be engaging with fans and ensure a full settlement is with you at the end of each night
No matter your budget, I’m happy to discuss something that will work for you so get in touch!
Tracking All Data:
I will keep a detailed spreadsheet of data including sales, stock levels and financial breakdowns. A full settlement will be given to you at the end of each night either emailed or printed - your choice!
Communicate:
I will keep you informed throughout letting you know about stock numbers, suggesting pricing updates if I feel they’re needed, comps and discrepancies and anything else I think you should know about to help me help YOU.
Fan Engagement & Upselling:
I will create a positive customer experience, build rapport and increase sale by recommending products. Having worked the busiest periods through retail, I’m good at keeping myself level headed during times where the pressure is on.
